Welcome to Cobble Creek Studios Art Academy! CCSAA classes are taught by professional artists. Our classes are grouped in ages of 5 - 7, 8 - 11, 12 - 14, 15 - 19, and Adult. Ages 5 - 11 are two-hour and 12 - 19 are taught in three-hour intervals. Digital classes are two-hours long and are only available for 12 yrs - Adult. Adult Drawing & Painting classes are scheduled in two-hour intervals in private session only. Two-hour classes are $140/month, and 3-hour classes are $170/month and private classes are $330/month. There is a one-time registration fee of $40. Students ages 5 - 11 have a small supply list comprised of 24 colors of acrylic paint, four brushes, and a palette knife. These supplies are available in house for $50. A small supply list will be given to students 12 - adult, which will be discussed in the first class. The Digital classes must use an iPad and stylus. The student will download the free version of Procreate. A supply list will be discussed at the first class. Registrations are processed in the order received. Tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month with a grace period of the 10th. After the 10th a late fee will be applied. There are no prerequisites for the admission and all classes are open to beginners unless otherwise noted. Payments can be made via Cash, Check, Debit or Credit card. There is a 6% transaction charge on all credit cards.

The school is open year round, but closed four weeks of the year. Those weeks are: the first week of April(Spring Break), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Occasionally, the school is closed due to weather conditions. In such a case, the instructor will notify you via text as soon as possible before the class begins. Additionally, you can check with your local news station and CCSAA will be listed in school cancellations or delayed arrival. It is further acknowledged by the student/parent/guardian that Cobble Creek Studios, LLC, or its instructors, accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any bodily injury, loss or damage to students personal belongings, equipment or artwork.

CCSAA is not responsible for missed classes. If a student is unable to attend a class period for any reason, please contact the instructor within 24 hours in advance before the class is to begin. Otherwise, the student may be charged for the missed class. If a class is missed it is up to the student to coordinate a make-up time with the instructor in any of the additional classes offered within 30 days of the missed class. There are no refunds. Wait lists are maintained for full classes. Students must request their name be placed on the list, and will be contacted if space becomes available.

You and your artwork may be photographed/reproduced and used in CCSAA promotional materials such as social media and/or website. Your electronic signature verifies that you have read the Refund, Reproduction and Cancellation policy.
